Joseph DA Walsh is a freelance film journalist with a background in film programming, web-editing and multi-platform writing and presenting.

Joseph has been working in film journalism for several years, covering a range of outlets including The i, TimeOut, The Financial Times, BFI, The Guardian, VICE, iD, The Skinny, and Film4, as well as other print and online publications.

As the editor of Film3Sixty magazine, he oversaw print and online content from the UK and at key European film festivals. He has also been involved in corporate writing for Vue Cinemas, Disney and Arrow Films, amongst others.

His freelance journalism work has included being the editor-at-large for the award-winning CineVue website. He has built and maintains strong relationships with agents, publicists, distributors and film talent.

Joseph is also available as a freelance copywriter. Previous projects include Amadeus and Daisy. He is also an experienced interviewer for video and print, as well as research, writing press notes, video and website editing
